Here are some Frequently Asked Questions and suggestions.
1. How long will my presentation be? Our presentations are flexibly designed to showcase your images and video clips, therefore your materials drive the duration of the piece. However, a good estimate is to multiple the amount of images by 3 seconds. So the average 50 image presentation will be approximately 3 minutes.
2. What format of pictures can I submit? We accept personal digital images, photographs, slides or negatives. We can also download images that you have publicly posted to image repositories such as Flickr and Photobucket with a written release from you stating your ownership of the images. We accept video clips on Mini-DV, VHS, CD or DVD, MP4 format. Super-8, High-8 and BetaMax are acceptable for an additional conversion charge. Please do not submit images or video that is subject to copyright laws.
3. What is the turn-around time for receiving my presentation? Typical presentations can be created and shipped to you within 14-days. If your presentation is exceptionally long, or requires substantial video editing additional processing days may be required.
4. What music can I select? We have an assortment of royalty free music suitable for most occasions. If your presentation will be shown in non-commercial settings, i.e for home use, you may submit music that you have purchased and we will incorporate it into your presentation.
5. What forms of payment do you accept? At the present time we accept personal checks and Money Orders. |
